Policies And Procedures

All services will require a written contract  (No exceptions)

Bookings must be scheduled at least 60 days before the event.  (After this time a 'Lightning fee' will apply)

A 50% deposit is required to start any service. (This deposit is Non-refundable after 36 hours unless CGA breaches the contract)

Final Balance will be due no later than 14 days before the event.   No payments will be accepted the day of or at the event (No exceptions).

Non-payment of Final Balance when due,  will result in the cancellation all services rendered by ChaneyGigAffairs and it's Partners  (unless otherwise agreed to by CGA)

Proper conduct is expected from all Clients and Partners.
